Series B Raise Update:

The DirecFunds.com has decided to extend the deadline for Investor participation in our Series B Raise until March 31, 2025.  The Company is currently holding discussions with a number of Accredited Angels and large Institutional Investors that due to Contract Due Diligence is taking longer than anticipated. The Company at this time is forecasting it will reach it’s Raise Goal of $25 Million in funding.

The Company makes No Representations of a Final Outcome,  but is providing Notice that our Raise Deadline has been extended to the new date.
