The Preferred Stockholders of DirecFunds have elected a new Board of Directors and Management Committee.
- Mr. Edward McDonnell, Chief Executive Officer of McDonnell & Associates, has been elected as a Director. Mr. McDonnell leads one of the largest law firms in the United States specializing in property closings, including transactions for Rocket Mortgage, the nation’s leading mortgage lender.
- Mr. Thomas Tillar, retired Senior Vice President of Hewlett Packard Corporation, has also been elected to the Board. Mr. Tillar previously served as Head of Hewlett Packard’s North American IT Managed Services Division.
- Mr. Kim Sharp, current Chief Executive Officer of DirecFunds LLC, has been elected to the Board as well. Mr. Sharp began his career in advertising and marketing on Madison Avenue, where he held management positions with several Fortune 500 media companies.
