Effective January 5, 2025 Kim Allan Sharp has added Chief Executive Officer to his responsibilities at DirecFunds. Mr. Sharp previously served as President & Chief Operating Officer of the company. Mr. Sharp will also continue to serve on the Board of Directors for DirecFunds. The Board of Directors has been expanded from two Members to three Directors. Joining Mr. Sharp on the Board of Directors is Mr. Edward McDonnell and Thomas Tillar.
