DirecFunds has contracted with Russell Cavan to serve as a Strategic Consultant Business Advisor.

Mr. Cavan is an Adjunct Professor, Stillman School of Business, Seton Hall University where he teaches on subjects that range from Digital Transformation and AI. Prior to Seton Hall University Mr. Cavan served as Global Managing Director, Venture Capital and Mergers & Acquisitions, Microsoft Corporation. Mr. Cavan also worked for Accenture Consulting in Venture Capital and Mergers and Acquisitions for many years.  Mr. Cavan will report to Kim Allan Sharp, CEO and President DirecFunds.
