Rich Hill graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. Degree in Computer Science. Rich later received his MBA Degree from Xavier University.
After graduating from college Rich started his Programming Career at Cintas Corporation where he worked on building out the software systems for Cintas’s new Document Management Business. Rich led the development efforts for Cintas’s CRM and Scheduling System integrating this technology into the overall Enterprise Resource Planning and Mobile Application Platforms.
Rich left Cintas after ten years and moved to 5th 3rd Bank’s Vantiv Corporation payment processing division. There he built out the FIS Merchant Solutions Enterprise Architecture on a Global scale for this industry leading payment processor.
In 2018 the University of Cincinnati acknowledged Rich’s achievements in Technology by bestowing upon him both their Lifetime Achievement Award and their Distinguished Alumni Recognition Award. In 2019 Rich was further recognized by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office with two Payment Processing Patents while he was employed at FIS World Pay Corporation.
